These terms apply to quotes, bookings and rentals arranged through Excavator Rental Malaysia. By requesting a quote or hiring an excavator from us, you agree to the terms below.
Pricing & quotes
Prices shown on this website are estimates and may vary by machine size, rental duration, delivery distance and site conditions. A firm quote is confirmed over WhatsApp before any booking and is subject to machine availability.
Rentals
The minimum rental period is one day, with weekly and monthly packages available. Delivery (mobilisation) charges depend on the distance to your site. An operator can be supplied on request; operator cost is quoted separately. All units carry basic insurance; additional cover can be arranged.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing safe, accessible site conditions, for any permits required, and for damage to the machine caused by misuse or unsafe operation during the rental (beyond fair wear and tear). Please tell us your site access details so the right machine is dispatched.
Breakdowns & support
If a machine cannot be repaired on site, we aim to provide a replacement unit as quickly as possible at no extra charge for the downtime. Technical support is available during the rental period.
Liability
We are not liable for delays or losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Malaysian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
